Soliciting reports from oversea chapters

In the program book of IC 2010, we're planning to have a section called "News from Oversea Chapters". In that section, each chapter will present a brief report (half to one page). Here're some details of what we need:

• • The name of the person(s) who writes the report

  • The suggested content of the report:

    • Brief introduction of your chapter

    • Interesting/remarkable things happened at your chapter since the last IC

    • Any plan/goal/event in the near future

    • Any photo/image that you'd like to include as part of the content (if the position of the image is important relative to the text, please indicate)

  • The main point of contact of your chapter (website, phone, address, etc)

If possible, we prefer to receive the report in PDF or Microsoft Word document format as they convey more clearly how you want your report presented.

We may also publish your report on the this website. If you don't want us to do that, however, please do let us know.

Once your report is ready, please send it to Alex at alex@wahyan.com. Since we need time to print the program books, please try your best to submit the report to us by June 30, 2010.
