Registration

Please read the following details before registering (link to registration payment page is at the bottom of this page):

Registration type

• • For people who are affiliated with Wah Yan:

    • Alumni

    • School administration (Supervisor, principals, vice principals)

    • Fathers

    • Retired/former/current teachers

    • Current students (50% discount, see below)

  • There are the following three options:

    • Registration + Gala Dinner: $250.00 USD per Wahyanite

    • Gala Dinner Only: $100.00 USD per Wahyanite

    • Registration Only: $150.00 USD per Wahyanite

  • Registration includes the following:

    • Participation in the conference program

    • Saturday (August 21) breakfast and lunch at San Gabriel Hilton

    • Sunday (August 22) breakfast and lunch at San Gabriel Hilton

    • A conference program book

    • A complimentary IC 2010 T-shirt

    • A complimentary DVD featuring talks and activities of the IC

      • will need your mailing address in case you cannot pick it up at the conference

Friday Golf Outing

• • For guests who are interested in golf

  • Club rental and balls: Free (sponsored by local alumni)

  • Venue: Alhambra Golf Course

  • Time: 11 am registration; 12 noon tee-off

• $50.00 USD per person (Green Fee)

Saturday Gala Dinner

• • Only for the guests (usually wives and children) brought by the Wah Yan affiliated guests

    • Party bag (Vitasoy soy drink, mugs and more)

    • Live entertainment

• $100.00 USD per person

Transportation

Monday Oxnard Tour

• • For Wah Yan affiliated guests and and guests (such as family members) brought by them

Donation

• • The planning committee has taken effort to keep the International Conference costs reasonable (such as 50% discount for students). Because of this, we include a donation field on the registration page. You may choose to donate $25, $50, $75, $100 or $125 USD. If you would like to donate $150 USD or more, please consider our sponsorship packages

  • All donors will be acknowledged on both the IC 2010 website and the program book

Student Discount

• • Definition of student

    • Any student currently studying at one of the two Wah Yan colleges (WYCHK or WYK) in Hong Kong

    • Any student (both undergraduate and graduate) currently studying at a university

  • 50% off all the fees listed above except golf outing, which means

    • Registration fee: $75.00 US dollars (or $65.00 US dollars for early birds)

    • Saturday Gala Dinner: $50.00 US dollars

    • Sunday Queen Mary Dinner: $32.50 US dollars

    • Transportation: $12.50 US dollars
