- There are the following three options:
- Registration + Gala Dinner: $250.00 USD per Wahyanite
- Gala Dinner Only: $100.00 USD per Wahyanite
- Registration Only: $150.00 USD per Wahyanite
- Registration includes the following:
- Participation in the conference program
- Saturday (August 21) breakfast and lunch at San Gabriel Hilton
- Sunday (August 22) breakfast and lunch at San Gabriel Hilton
- A conference program book
- A complimentary IC 2010 T-shirt
- A complimentary DVD featuring talks and activities of the IC
- will need your mailing address in case you cannot pick it up at the conference

Donation
- The planning committee has taken effort to keep the International Conference costs reasonable (such as 50% discount for students). Because of this, we include a donation field on the registration page. You may choose to donate $25, $50, $75, $100 or $125 USD. If you would like to donate $150 USD or more, please consider our sponsorship packages
- All donors will be acknowledged on both the IC 2010 website and the program book
Student Discount
- Definition of student
- Any student currently studying at one of the two Wah Yan colleges (WYCHK or WYK) in Hong Kong
- Any student (both undergraduate and graduate) currently studying at a university
- 50% off all the fees listed above except golf outing, which means

Registration fee: $75.00 US dollars (or $65.00 US dollars for early birds)
- Saturday Gala Dinner: $50.00 US dollars
- Sunday Queen Mary Dinner: $32.50 US dollars
- Transportation: $12.50 US dollars
