The planning committee has taken effort to keep the International Conference costs reasonable. Some costs are subsidized by several local alumni in the spirit of welcoming as many guests to the Southern California as possible. In addition, we are seeking donation and gift sponsors to make the conference even more memorable to all participants. Please see below for the sponsorship packages:

  • Donation: $10,000 U.S. Dollars
  • Back cover of the conference program book

Platinum Sponsor

  • Donation: $1,000 U.S. Dollars
  • Centerfold ad of the conference program book

Gold Sponsor

  • Donation: $500 U.S. Dollars
  • Inside front or inside back page ad in the conference program book

Silver Sponsor

  • Donation: $300 U.S. Dollars
  • Full page ad in the conference program book

Bronze Sponsor

  • Donation: $150 U.S. Dollars
  • Half page ad in the conference program book

Other Sponsor

  • Donation: Any amount (please specify amount on PayPal page)
  • Acknowledgment in the conference program book

Gift Sponsor

  • Donation: Gifts to guests
  • Acknowledgment in the conference program book (only on the Sponsor List page now)
  • Please email us if you would like to donate gifts to the IC
All sponsors will have their logo and a hyperlink to their website (if any) on the Sponsor List page.

Please see the our program book of IC 2000 (it may take a while to load as it is a big PDF file) to see how we presented the ads. The program book will be of letter size (8.5" x 11"). The format of the ads will be very similar in the IC 2010 program book.

Method of Payment

There are two ways to make payments to us for the Diamond/Gold/Silver/Bronze/Other sponsorship packages:
  • By check: If you are in the U.S. or Canada, you may mail us a check with the sponsorship amount payable to Wah Yan Alumni Association (Southern California). The address that you should mail the check to is

    Please also include the following with your mail:

    • Sponsor type: Individual, chapter, class, business, etc
    • Sponsorship package: Diamond, Gold, Silver, Bronze or Other

  • By PayPal: If you are outside of the U.S. or Canada, it would be more convenient for you to make your payment online through PayPal (credit card). Please click on the "Donate" button under the package (see above) you would like to sponsor, and you will be redirected to PayPal's secure payment site. Like check payment above, please send us an email to let us know your sponsor type, contact name and phone number.

Ad Material

If you want your ad to be presented in a specific way (customized logo, images, greetings, etc), please submit you design (half/full page) to us in JPEG, PDF or Microsoft Word format. Please also submit your business logo to us in JPEG if you want it to be displayed on the Sponsor List page.

Because we need time to print the program books, please submit your ad design to us by June 30, 2010.
