Refund Policy

The following policy applied to both full and partial refunds:

• • • 3 months or more before the IC (on or before May 20): 100% refund

• • 2 months or more before the IC (on or before June 20): 75% refund

  • 1 month or more before the IC (on or before July 20): 50% refund

  • Fewer than 1 month before the IC (after July 20): No refund

For example, if today is June 5 and you would like to refund one of the two Gala Dinner items ($100 USD) that you paid for, we will refund 75% of it, that is, $75 USD to you.

We need to cut the percentage of the refund as we approach the date of the IC since the various vendors that we use require us to make non-refundable deposit in different stages.
